Reconciling the books of his family’s business and filing his first tax return at the age of 16, Nick also discovered his knack for accounting at a young age. Nick graduated St. John’s University with a Masters in Taxation and has plans to sit for the CPA Exam.

After graduating from West Point, Michael Riccardi served our country for seven years as a U.S. Army Captain, including a tour of duty in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. Michael’s financial services career, now spanning over 20 years, includes public finance investment banking to local governments, municipal bond underwriting and trading, institutional bond sales to mutual fund managers, and establishing arbitrage hedging strategies for institutional bond trading desks. Michael serves United Asset’s clients as a portfolio manager and investment counselor. His knowledge and experience with fixed income and keen sense of business development assists our clients with goal-setting and portfolio-building to ensure that proper asset allocation and a proper investment plan is adopted. Ray received a Bachelor of Arts (cum laude) degree from Fordham University and a Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School. He has been admitted to practice law in New York since 1986.
In addition to the law practice, Ray founded Economic Recovery Advisors LLC, to advise governmental agencies and business enterprises to meet the challenges faced in the economic crisis. Through these firms, he has advised on foreclosure legislation at the national and state levels and been an active participant in the SCBA’s Pro Bono Real Property Foreclosure Settlement Conference Project.
Ray’s career includes positions as Chief Executive Officer and President of a publicly traded internet company, Chief Operating Officer of an asset management firm, and Chief Compliance Officer to various Wall Street firms. He has worked as an investment banker originating over a half a billion dollars in financing life science, energy and real estate companies and corporate counsel to major financial institutions specializing in securities law and derivatives.
A University of Maryland graduate, Guy has 20+ years in sales under his belt. Guy started his career in sales for a data communications company, Graphnet, Inc. Continuing on, he landed himself a job on Wall Street, selling and trading municipal bonds for Hartfield, Titus & Donnelly, LLC. In 1998, Guy decided to take on the plastic resin distribution industry in sales up until 2007 where he then found himself starting his own distribution company, GTR Brokerage, Inc. Today, Guy has built his portfolio up and is a Partner & Manager of EME Asset Management, LLC.
